At Embroidery Library, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, due to the digital nature of our embroidery designs, returns are generally limited to physical merchandise or defective file formats. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your creative tools and offer a 30-day window for resolution on physical goods.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return.

  Review Eligibility

  Our team will verify if the item is a physical product or a digital file; please note that downloaded digital designs are non-refundable unless the file is proven to be corrupted.

• 3.
  Ship Physical Items

  If returning physical supplies or hardware, pack the items securely in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit to your Embroidery Library account within 5-7 business days.
