What file formats are provided for digital embroidery designs?
We provide all industry-standard formats including PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX to ensure compatibility with most home and commercial embroidery machines.
How do I download my purchased patterns?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Downloads' section.
Can I use these designs for items I sell in my own shop?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use our designs on physical items that you sell. However, the digital design files themselves cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed.
What is your return policy for digital and physical goods?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. For physical home goods, we offer a 30-day return policy if the item is in its original, unused condition.
Do you offer custom embroidery digitizing services?
Currently, we focus on providing our curated library of high-quality designs. We do not offer individual custom digitizing services at this time, but we release new collections weekly.
What should I do if my embroidery machine isn't reading the file?
First, ensure the file is unzipped and the format matches your machine's requirements. If issues persist, try using a smaller capacity USB drive or contact our support team for technical assistance.
